Your content
You own the content you submit to Asset Systems Co., including photos, business information, and any other materials you provide. By submitting content, you grant us permission to use it solely for the purpose of building and operating your website.
Prohibited content
No explicit, illegal, or inappropriate content may be submitted. This includes but is not limited to sexually explicit material, hate speech, content that infringes on third-party rights, or anything that violates applicable law.
Removal of submissions
Asset Systems Co. reserves the right to remove any submission at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued once the site build process has begun. The setup fee covers labor and resources committed at the start of your project.
Monthly subscription
An active monthly subscription is required to keep your site live. If the subscription lapses, your site will be taken offline until payment is resumed.
